1. Who we are

DeFi Tracker (“we”, “us”) operates the website defitracker.online. Contact: anton@defitracker.online.

By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Free tools, open to everyone without registration:

  • LP yield backtester (/yields) — pick a concentrated-liquidity pool and a price range and see the fees that range would have earned, computed from on-chain swap events;
  • LP calculator, grid calculator and the stablecoin overview.

Paid subscription — a tracker for your own liquidity positions: wallet-level P&L, earned fees and APR across chains, plus notifications in Telegram.

All calculations are estimates derived from public blockchain data and third-party price sources.

3. Not investment advice

Everything the service shows — historical fees, APR, projections, simulations — is information and calculation, not a recommendation to enter, hold or exit any position. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or fund manager, and nothing here is a personalised recommendation.

Past pool performance does not predict future returns. Providing liquidity carries risk, including impermanent loss, smart-contract failure and total loss of funds. Decisions you make are yours.

4. We never touch your funds

The tracker works with read-only wallet addresses. We never ask for and never accept private keys, seed phrases or exchange withdrawal permissions, and we are technically unable to move, spend or withdraw your assets. Anyone asking you for a private key on our behalf is an impostor — write to us.

5. Data is provided “as is”

We read public blockchain nodes and third-party price and market-data providers. That data can lag, be temporarily unavailable, be incomplete or be wrong at the source. We aim for accuracy and correct errors we find, but we do not warrant that any number on the site is accurate, complete or current, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Verify anything before you act on it — especially numbers you would trade on.

6. Accounts

An account can be created with an email address and a password, or through Telegram. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, password and Telegram account secure, and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal — do not share or resell access. Provide accurate details and keep them current.

7. Subscription and payment

  • Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Payment is processed in Telegram, either as a recurring channel subscription or as a one-off invoice.
  • Paid access is granted for the period you paid for and ends when that period expires. A renewal extends the remaining time rather than replacing it.
  • A recurring subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Telegram. Cancelling stops future charges; access remains until the paid period ends.
  • We do not receive or store your card details — payment data stays with the payment provider in Telegram.
  • If the service does not work as described, write to anton@defitracker.online. We look at each case individually and can refund an unused period.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not: scrape or bulk-harvest the site or its endpoints by automated means; resell or redistribute our data or calculations as your own product; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or data; interfere with the service’s operation or overload it; or use the service to break any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual property and third-party components

The site, its interface and its calculations belong to us, except for third-party components used under their own licences — including the charting library, whose branding and attribution must remain visible and must not be removed or obscured.

The site links to external protocols and services (for example a pool page on a DEX). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or the consequences of using them.

10. Changes to the service

The service is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the boundary between free and paid parts may move. We will not retroactively charge for a period you have already paid for.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or liquidity-provision losses, missed profits, or damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, from inaccurate or delayed data, or from decisions made on the basis of what the service displayed. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at this address with its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram channel. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
